Empress Premier Hotel

Pleasant and comfortable for our family of five. Space for two extra beds. Easy ride to night markets and main walking street. The premium was right next to the old hotel so not all the taxis know the difference. Lots of surprising amenities: Great gym and pool with dry and wet sauna.

Excellent hotel. Super friendly staff. Very attentive. The room was clean, large. Bed was comfortable. Included breakfast buffet was delicious, had great variety. Front desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Would stay here again

The staff are delightful, so welcoming and helpful. We celebrated new-years eve with them, such a fun evening. We will be sure to return whenever we get the chance.

We spent Christmas and New Year at the Empress Premier Hotel and we would like to express our thanks for making our stay so special to K. Bum on Reception, who was very professional and efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and is a credit to Empress company. We would also like to commend the breakfast staff and New Year dinner team for their personal attentiveness to our needs. All in all our stay was amazing.
