Empress Premier Hotel

We stayed in a total of 5 hotels during this vacation trip and Empress provided one of the top service. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I received a room upgrade with a HUGE complimentary bag of snacks and drinks plus the fridge also had complimentary drinks. The room we received was HUGE!! It was like an apartment in a hotel. There is a 6 person dining table, fridge, living room sectional with TV and desk. The bedroom had a king sized bed with a sitting area also. Great upgrade and customer service. Breakfast is always a HIT in Asia. Huge variety of choices and very good. Hotel is kind of situated in the back of the busy street, which is nice. Night market is a good 20-30 min walk. Very safe because the streets are always busy. Suggestion: to include utensils in the room. There are cups but no utensils especially with a 6-person dining table. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!! In a heartbeat!!

we stayed here for 15 nights - it was great, rooms spacious and quiet! Staff were really friendly! Buffet breakfast - amazing! Through our time here there were times when the hotel was quiet and times when it was SO LOUD and there was not enough space at the pool! Their doors beep if you don't close them properly so be ready for the noise when some guests come back around 2/3am.... Saying all that - we did love it! Phoenix massage just down the road was amazing!!!

best hotel ever great hospitality, very flexible staff and management they have helped us a lot the staff is so friendly smiley and supportive and sourceful beautifull and comfortable rooms delicious breakfasts,great variety of foods and beverages

Fantastic place to be.

We got greeted with a bag of treats when we arrived. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location is close to the city center and was within pick-up distance with our booked tours. We also had no issue using/getting "Grab" from this location.

Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Our entire family was impressed with the facilities. The pool and gym on the 5 th floor are delightful. The service was very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. Clean and lovely, the staff are very very attentive, first class. The only downside is the beds are extremely hard , which for Americans , not use to. In talking to others I understand that it is pretty standard but would be helpful if they had the option for a bed topper to be available to soften it up a bit. But otherwise fantastic!
