Spruce Pine Inn

Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable the sheets were clean and the linens were fresh.

There was no water pressure. The window was broken and I didn’t feel safe.

This is an older motel but the room was very clean and the bedding was nice. I loved the firm mattress and I slept very well. The a/c+heater was excellent. It was a cold night but the room was toasty. There’s a mini fridge and a tv with remote, both new and in excellent condition. The woman at the front desk was helpful and kind. The atmosphere was quiet and I was not disturbed. There is also free WiFi. All in all an excellent value. I would stay there again.

Hotel looked like the Bates motel, no WiFi as soon as I stepped foot into the room. Bed was uncomfortable.

It was comfy & at a great location for me, close to my job & near my family. The staff was exceptional! Very friendly group of people, and they were very helpful.

There was only 1 set of stairs & the door locks were basic household doorknobs & didn’t seem very secure. Also, the fire alarms are entirely too sensitive. I was simply cleaning my room & the aerosol cleaner set off the alarm & the fire department showed up at my door. I was so embarrassed!

No soap, shampoo or hair dryer- room was not clean

The price. Renee, at check in, was super friendly!!
