Spruce Pine Inn

Nothing because we didn't get to stay. We got to the inn and no one was there. The office sign said ring bell, we rung bell and no one answered. We called and went straight to voice-mail. We never spoke to anyone, so therefore we never got a key nor did we stay. The place is run down, trashy, nasty, and if i get charged for this room i will report fraud! We left and enjoyed a nice stay in New land NC

The bed was comfortable. The temperature of the room was just right. The staff was very friendly and helpful

There needs to be a soft comfortable chair or two on the other side of the bed (for putting on shoes & getting dressed). The locks on the 3 doors do not work and were not secure.

Pet friendly, affordable, friendly and welcoming staff, place I'll stay each time I come to visit someone whose incarcerated here in prison near by.

You can hear everything through walls and I felt as though anytime I moved or spoke it was too loud and I worried about waking others up, and on second visit I paid for double room but got moved to single bed room (which was fine) but still charged for the double and the room wasn't stocked with towels or any bath linens.

Omg the bed sheets was not clean. U can see the hair strands and Dog furs from the previous person who rented it. It was smelly like hell. Thank God i noticed it. It was disgusting. I stayed because i didint have a choice. Will not book here again for sure😫😫

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It is not a high end hotel, you pay hotel price for a motel stay.

Spruce Pine Inn was a great value for my son and I while snowboarding 1hr away at Beech Mountain. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating during both days of our stay. It’s not the “Hilton”, but for $50/night on a weekend, we couldn’t have been happier.

The place is a pretty good place. The only thing I didn't like was the walls are too thin. You can hear everything from the room next too you.
