El personal es la esencia de este establecimiento. Amabilidad, y buen servicio. El apartamento realmente es muy cómodo y está bien equipado. Nos dieron facilidades para un check-in tarde.

La frecuencia de la limpieza, quizá sería un pubto a mejorar. Pero por decir algo.

giga appartement op de bovenste verdieping, met toegang tot dakterrars, prachtig zicht op de Etna en de zee. Heerlijk en niet duur ontbijt beneden in het restaurant. Zeer centrale ligging.

Pokój wygląda tak samo jak na zdjęciu 😊 lokalizacja idealna, wychodząc z budynku pełno restauracji wokół, nie daleko przystanek autobusowy a do ścisłego centrum i targu rybnego dosłownie kilka minut pieszo. Polecamy!

Vraiment un superbe endroit. Bon accueil, tout le personnel est aimable et accueillant. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages si arrivée avant l heure. J'ai pu avoir la chambre 4h30 avant. L'appartement était très propre, bien décoré, c'est raffiné. Bouteille d'eau dan le frigo. Petit-déjeuner complet dans la cour . L'arrêt du bus pour l'aéroport est à 5mn. Le palazzo est au coeur du centre historique (- de 5mn de la piazza del duomo). J'ai aussi gouté le restaurant, belle expérience. J'ai vraiment aimé cet endroit, je le recommande. Le propriétaire parle anglais, bonne communication via whatsapp.
