Pésimo lugar para hospedarse. sucio a mas no poder. camas viejas y todo horrible

place needs major overhaul. water leaks, smoke-smelling rooms, walls, floor stained, broken furniture

What we liked most was the little pool! This place was certainly very nice 30 years ago😉 This is old and not up-dated at all! Beds and pillows are inconfortable. Breakfast was included but there was no choice at all!

I booked for 5 nights, but the first night we has to go to a close by town due to family issues, we came back the 4 night to use it but our surprice was that the rooms was already assigned to someone else even though I had paid the 5 nights already, when I asked why they said because I didn’t told them, then I told them that I didn’t know I have to report myself to the reception everynoht so they don’t take my room that was already paid. Page la habitacion por 5 moches pero la primera noche tuve que irme a una pequeña población cercana al hotel, asi que me fue de alli pero pensaba regresar pronto, ala 4 noche que regrese a mi habitación que ya habia pgado por 5 noches y para mi sopresa ya se la habian dado a alguien mas, lo reporte con la getente del hotel y me dice que no es culpa de ellos y aseguaban que yo no me reporte con ellos para decirles que estaba fuera.

Used base on some reviews I found on-line,,,what a f%%$# dump, stayed for one night while in our way to Guadalajara,,,and couldn't sleep we check in by midnight and left by 5am just afraid something was going to happen to us,,,and not only that, the place was a dump, the room was f&$#@ dirty like nothing I ever been in...and we were told it there was no other rooms, on a Wednesday what a bunch of b/s

Eating breakfast at Hotel el Rancho Is the Best option in the whole Town Huevos rancheros!! Everything in breakfast is EXCELLENT GUARANTEED, locals eat here almost everyday is full ( the restaurant) for breakfast from 8 am to 10 am but opens around 6 am I recommend very much eating breakfast here

I stayed at this hotel but they never returned the deposit of 200 mex pesos for my keys. I've contacted them over and over again, and they tell me every time they will transfer the money on my bank account. But after half a year, they still haven't done this. They also keep saying it is too difficult to transfer money to my bank account in the Netherlands. Can you believe this? I am very dissappointed in the service of this hotel.
