Hotel hat eine gute Lage um zu Fuß Hamburg zu erkunden (Hafen, Alster usw. ).Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt große Mühe um Fragen und Problemchen zu lösen.

Fenster lassen sich nur kippen.

Lage, kurze Wege zur S-Bahn.

Frühstück war teilweise Kalt, Speisen wurden nicht nachgelegt (9 Uhr), dementsprechend war die Auswahl nicht wie gewohnt, sondern eher enttäuschend. Bar hätte Abends 21.30 Uhr geöffnet sein können , stattdessen nur die Möglichkeit sehr überteuerte Getränke aus dem Automaten zu erwerben. Trennwand aus Milchglas zwischen Badezimmer/Dusche und Bett ist nicht angebracht wenn man nicht mit dem Partner im Zimmer ist. Würde das Hotel nicht buchen wenn ich mit Freunden unterwegs bin.
