Готель рекомендую, все добре, смачно і уважний персонал. Марія на рецепції просто мене виручала завжди. Дякую їй дуже. Єдиний ньюанс що до метро треба було йти трохи в обхід (але це стосується розташування готелю), бо йшли на дорозі ремонтні роботи. На другий день ми зорієнтувались і визвали таксі BOLT і до ZOB це коштувало 14 евро і це було дешевше ніж на Метро для нас.

"Gute Wahl um Hamburg zu erkunden."

Das Premier Inn ist eine gute Wahl, um Hamburg zu erkunden. Man geht ca 10min zur S1/U Bahn, Busse gäbe es auch. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad war auch schön. Föhn, Wasserkocher u. Kaffeegeschirr ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Alles war sauber und funktional. Zimmerreinigung wird kostenlos angeboten, man muss jedoch Bescheid geben, wenn man dies wünscht. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Getränkeshop, eine Bar und gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, und können dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Es gibt nur wenige kleine Kleiderhaken wo man die paar Kleiderbügel aufhängen kann, ansonsten nur die Bank wo man Gepäck abstellen kann. Der Preis: Hamburg ist generell teuer, so auch das Premier Inn. In Deutschland sind alle Flaschen Pfandflaschen. Im Getränke Shop zahlt man zwar den Pfand, jedoch gibt es im Hotel keine Möglichkeit die Flaschen wieder abzugeben, sodass man sie in die eher am Rand der Stadt gelegenen Geschäfte tragen muss.

Check-In wirklich erst um Punkt 15 Uhr und keine Miinute früher. Die ganze Lobby war voll besetzt mit Reisenden, die Einchecken wollten.

Матрас в номере был слишком мягким и, вероятно, уже изношенным. Когда ложишься, тело сильно проваливается, из-за чего у меня заболела поясница и я плохо спал. Я бы рекомендовал заменить матрасы на более жёсткие и качественные. Также было бы удобно, если бы в номере предоставлялась хотя бы одна бутылка питьевой воды. Кроме того, стоимость парковки в размере 29 € за ночь кажется слишком высокой.

"Innenstadt-nah mit günstiger Anbindung an U-Bahnlinien"

Frühstück (Schwerpunkt kontinental) war gut. Lage zur Innenstadt und ÖPNV angemessen, Allerdings waren die Geh-Zeiten zur U-Bahn länger als angegeben, wohl auch ohne die Baustellen-Umwege

Fehlender Kleiderschrank und fehlender täglicher Zimmerservice.
