I checked in on Friday around 8pm on 10/17/25. I had a PREGNANT roach in my room. Prior to seeing this, I thought I inspected the room throughly. It was less than 5 mins & it appeared after putting my bags down. I quickly grabbed my things and went to the office. The woman up front was extremely professional, & nice. She quickly came to a solution and was apologetic. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. She moved me into a different room and I inspected it thoroughly!! Everything was good but I was paranoid. >_< Unfortunately, the Surrounding hotels were too expensive for two nights so I ended up staying.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable
You get what you pay for. The bathtub was stained. Remote control had buttons missing. Breakfast was almost nothing.

Great updated room for the money. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My only complaint is the air conditioner was extremely loud from rattling and would wake me up. Other units on my floor seemed to suffer the same.

Location to event center
In the room there was someone else’s T-shirt and underwear left in the bathroom area! Which tells me it wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast was nothing but waffles and stale muffins. Weird juice of some kind. Horrible coffee and no fruit of any kind. I had to eat a waffle and felt sick the rest of the day.
