We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 and check-in was at 3 PM. I asked the front desk man if we could check in early. And he said it would be a $20 charge. I said what is our room clean already? And he said yes your room is clean and your room is ready but you cannot check in. He said ma’am, I don’t make these rules … I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again. I think it was a little bit absurd, that I could not check in a little bit early for my hotel room that was already cleaned and waiting for me.

One of the best stays we’ve had this year! Great location, great service, and spotlessly clean room!
The breakfast was meager with very little choice in items to eat, no fruit, and one of those instant coffee machines the hotels are switching to. Very disappointed.
