Biopark View Apartment

The apartment is huge- 100 sqm, 2 bathrooms, next to the Biopark, around 4 km from the center of Valencia. Well equipped, bright, you will have everhing you need. Maybe it is a little be outdated with the furniture and one bathroom and the cleanliness could be better. The owner Lorenzo is fantastic, responding very fast with all the explanation regarding the key collection and alll other important things. All in all, excellent value for money, all recommendation from our side.

We enjoyed staying this flat, we had all necessary things there for comfort living. It was very clean with pleasant atmosphere. The location is nice nor far from city center with available free places for parking even late at night. Central conditioning was convenient to use and heated us at rainy weather outside.

Nice and spacious apartment with the most important things that you need. Very good contact with landlord. Lorenzo is a kind and helpful person. Thank you Lorenzo, it was nice to be in Valencia ☺️🇪🇸

The owner is a very nice person. He gives us the information that we needed, when we need it. One day before our arrival he sent me all the information how to get to apartment, from where to take the key, where to let is and he offer himself to order us taxi if needed. The apartment is perfect for 7 adults and one child. It has stores and nice restaurants nearby. From the apartment you can hear the animals from Biopark. that is at a walking distance.

Some rooms were not cleaned properly before checking in, but except that we can say that everything was perfect.

Parking not a problem. AC was good. Washer and Dryer worked. Quote building.
