Biopark View Apartment

Lo cierto es que utilizamos el apartamento solo para pasar una noche porque cogíamos un vuelo temprano pero estaba tal cual en las fotos. Es muy espacioso, cómodo, limpio y grande.

Nada, todo perfecto.

The place was clean and tidy. The building was easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions sent to me via WhatsApp the day before check-in. The location was also great, right next to the zoo, and we could even hear the sound of animals, which added a fun touch to the experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Very clean, spacious apartment which suited our needs as we were passing through travelling south. Host very responsive. Parking can be difficult depending on time of day.

The third bedroom is a sofa bed and very small and uncomfortable.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in an check out was easy. Communication with the owner was fast via Whatsapp. Nice café and playground under the apartment.

Mattresses could be changed. It is not about the apartment but parking was horrible even in the quite big parking area next to the apartment.

Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful and very helpful. Easy to follow instruction in order to access the appartment. The fridge went wrong during our stay but Lorenzo got it fixed (actually replaced) immediately. We got stuck in Valencia due to historic Spain floods, we could not even get to the airport. Lorenzo stayed in touch with us, even after we had checked out, and offered his supprt in any means. This meant a lot! Great coffee shop at the corner, huge supermarket is also very close towards the metro station which is 5-min walk away only. Several playgrounds are in walking distance zone, very comfortable with young kids.

The appartment is in a block of flats and some neighbours were loudly talking till late night in the streets which was a bit disturbing when trying to fall asleep. Windows are not soundproof, for sure. It did not bother too much my family, only me… so the problem is maybe with me. :)
