Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs South

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a warm welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and inviting from the moment you enter, and the room itself is wonderfully comfortable and welcoming.

Outdated furniture, I didn't watch TV for two days because the television didn't work! Bad internet.

Stayed here for three nights and this place leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bedding was rough and scratchy. The room door, bathroom door and room window were poorly sealed. There was significant road noise from the highway and parking lot. Parking is $10/night. The room and bathroom walls were stained. Slow elevator that does not have the safety feature if something is in the doors path. Shampoo was nearly empty at arrival and provided one wash, body wash about 1/4 full and gone by the time we checked out. 24/7 coffee bar was great. Breakfast was below standard, one frozen sandwich option, bagels, waffle, oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled egg options. Convenient location right off the highway. Overall, it wasn’t my worst hotel experience but there are other places to consider and I would not stay again.

The Hotel was nice and clean. Very conveniently located near many restaurants and stores.

Target and many restaurants within walking distance. Great view of the mountains.

Can’t believe we had to pay 10 bucks just to park in the parking lot. Marriott is going down hill. Hilton here we come.
