We were very road weary after having driven through bad weather to get to the Springs and I thought I'd made a reservation but the front desk couldnt find it. Apparently I never finished the online process, but unfortunately while trying to figure things out I was rude and short. The desk clerk remained very professional and calm, helped me find out what was going on without incurring more expenses , in fact was so sweet I almost starting crying. I did mentioned I was very tired right? The room was excellent in every way. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, but the walls were very thin. We could hear people next door, in the hall and upstairs from us. Staff were friendly. Close to restaurants and stores.
