"Spectacular everything - location, views, quality of the apartment and furnishings"

We found this is the ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. The view of Venice and the channel between Lido and Venice is fantastic, the car ferry from Tronchetta to Lido was delightful, and the commuter boat rides back and forth between Lido and Venice were a highlight of each day. It's just a short walk to the commuter boat terminal. If you like boats and the water this is the place for you. Plus the gorgeous views, decor, and furnishings of the apartment are truly exceptional. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Only one suggestion - a coffee pot that whistles for the induction stove would be a nice addition - the existing coffee pot is a bit too quiet so you have to watch it like a hawk.

The room was very comfortable and had a million dollar view of the lagoon between Lido and Venice. The hosts were super nice, very accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the Lido SME water taxi/ferry port; it's also across the street from a bus stop.

Hotel is located in more of a residential area; one might need to walk, take a bus or taxi to access restaurants, shopping, and other activities. An on-site breakfast service would have been a nice offering.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. We had beautiful weather & enjoyed a couple of lovely days swimming at the nearby beach. Comfortable & spacious bedrooms.
