Fantastic location across the road from the beach. Great views, and on the edge of town so it is nice and quiet. Incredibly friendly staff, who will tell you the best places to go in town.

Nice breakfast, location and lovely staff

We hired some electric bikes at the hotel to visit the dunes;they were extremely expensive, over $60 for three hours each... I wont definitely be recommending that

On the water where the sun & moon come up. Beach for walking & sitting. Great location, easy to get to, outside of town (which is quiet) but close enough.

Location was great for seeing Provincetown, MA Comfortable room. It got the job done.

Breakfast could have started a bit earlier (did not start until 8:00 am). A toaster for the continental breakfast would have been useful. A bagel would be great as well.
