The eggs at the breakfast don’t taste very good, tastes like powdered eggs especially for the amount you pay for the hotel should be better

Location to Disney, swimming pool area, good selections at breakfast, kind staff, clean reception areas

Bedding had funny smell, loud air conditioning unit, hard to get hot water from the sink, not a very powerful shower, some staining on carpet and broken toilet paper holder

Always a fun stay. This is one of our favorite hotels. It’s so fun. Staff is so nice and our rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in room 1208. We had a view of the freeway and could see down to the pool area. Rooms are a little small for a family but it was fine because we don’t spend too much time in there. This is our 2nd time staying here. We definitely will stay here again.

Super clean great for families

A little too far from Disney with no viable option for a large family in a budget. 3 day pass on art for our family was $85. They need to do a shuttle service

The room (we had a suite) was spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was a good touch to have two showers. Laundry facilities were useful.

We ended up paying almost double the originally quoted Booking.Com fee once parking and the random “resort fee” and taxes were added All in all it was a bit grubby and tired with a fairly low quality in all the public areas and I wished we’d paid a bit more and gone somewhere “better”. We saw lots of mess - eg spilled breakfast in the lifts, soiled towels outside rooms, chewing gum on corridor ceilings where it seemed to either be slow to be dealt with or not dealt with at all during our 5 nights there. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. The food was a bit naff and many things had run out by 8:45am. Mess everywhere. Kids coughing and touching EVERYTHING. Plastic plates made it feel worse I think - as did the vast and horrifying amounts of single use plastics (cups for juice, knives and forks). The pool area looked way better in photos. The slides hurt my kids’ backs. There is no sun so actually a bit chilly in the shade. The provided towels were old and scraggly.

The breakfast was very good.they had a variety of different kinds of food.

They only thing I did not like was how busy it was in the dining hall. Other then that I rate it a 10
