"Great location, great breakfast and comfy beds"

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was great distance to food resturants, grocery stores and bus stops for travelling to Disneyland. Breakfast was awesome. Pool area was great.

Staff could have been more welcoming and helpful, maybe sharing about the toy story buses to disneyland (this we found out on our own) sharing things about the area with tips. Security in the pool was slightly annoying to get in and out without bringing in food or drink. Too many pool rules.

Mario at the front desk helped me book tickets on the oceanliner. I was overjoyed by the experience! My time was very short. He made sure I got to see as much as I possibly could. Back story, I lived here for years didn't take the time for the trip .I am so grateful! Now Ilve in Florida. The staff has been extremely helpful with all of my needs.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! This is a great location. Great hotel for kids-lots to do-pool with slides, movie night, basketball court, ping pong table, mini golf. We love staying here.
