"Bad front desk service"

We received numerous complaints from the people staying below us. I am guessing the flooring is thin, and even normal walking sounds very loud. In the end, we were constantly nervous. I bet the neighbors loved us…

The facility was clean and breakfast was good.

They put us next to a conference room and there was a Christmas party there that last well into the night. The guests were in the rooms around us and they were talking in the hall with their kids running around till 1:00-2:00 in the morning. I didn’t want to go out and be the Scrooge. The families seemed to haven’t seen each other in awhile, and were enjoying themselves in and around the rooms the hotel provided. I just wish they would have put us in a different hallway or different floor. The hotel wasn’t that busy. I would have asked them to move us, the party didn’t really start until 8:00 or 9:00pm.
