It wasn’t great, walked into the room and the couch and couch bed were completely pulled out with the cushions and pillows on the floor. Every drawer was open from the nightstands to the tv stands. Other than the room being a mess the people that worked the counter were great so that’s all I can comment on.

Was charged twice because when my partner checked in, they couldn't find my booking.com reservation. Had to check with front desk every morning to check the status and see if my card was credited. It was very irritating because it took till the last day of my stay to get it corrected.

I had a great stay! The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the nicely landscaped central courtyard. The air conditioning worked great, and I could adjust it to my liking. Parking was convenient (and even offered for free because it was my first time staying there), and it was nice to have the simple restaurant in the lobby to grab a quick breakfast.
