"Way too much money for crappy room never will go here again."

Not much I could like.

Everything. The price was too high for the crappy room. Bed sucked. Water pressure sucks. AC sucked. No breakfast for 160$$???? Way out of the way to KCMO. Was dirty. Flore need vacuum. Everything was dusty. The room was very tinny. Construction was being done and was not in the add. I was almost giving a room I didn't order but was changed. The bed facing the door to outside was very bright. Letting light in couldn't sleep. It was horrible. I would of spent 60 bucks for not so good room would of been the same experience just allot less money.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and my stay has never been so bad.

The bathroom of the dirty room, there were insects, woman's hair on the floor, the towels smelled badly washed, there were no mirrors in the room. Really terrible

Idk how .. I thought I reserved at the Drury.. I walked and realized it the Drury..the clerk has a negative spirit..it seemed booking. Com has made this mistake before..it was nothing I expected as far as the staff.. no breakfast? I was shocked and disappointed i wasn't getting my money back according to the clerk.. I just stayed...never again...

No breakfast..the one clerk i delt with has no smile or good customer relations..

"Adequate but not great"

Upgraded services late checkout and breakfast. Hotel didn't record it...staffer harassed me all morning after 11am...called me continously to berate me. Very unprofessional. Compromised stay

"Staff was wonderful and embarrassed because this place is FULL OF FALSE ADVERTISING"

We came here for an anniversary night away. And everything on booking.com showed a full breakfast amenities. The place is being remodeled. It looks like crash. There's no food down there, not even a cup of coffee. The staff is embarrassed but they can't do anything about it because there's no manager here. I had talked somebody in some third world country and they couldn't help me. I paid a 180 bucks when I couldn't got it for a 120 somewhere happy. I am not happy. So now we have to traipse across the street in the mud and the new sod , they put down with a big hill that we have to climb up and downto go find breakfast. No bar no restaurant as advertised. Nothing

I found a reddish microfiber cleaning rag on a desk chair left by ( I presume ) the cleaning person. The digital clock was not set correctly, an hour off which appears nobody changed it to summer time??? Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and especially the Hotel Shuttle drivers were helpful, kind and professional.
