We barely had hot water our first night. The second night we had no hot water. The clerk on duty said she was part time and couldn’t do anything but move us to a different room at 10:30pm … which we were checking out the next day; she said to email the general manager which I’ve done twice with NO response. Terrible customer service.

Close location to many attractions in Kansas City, MO.

Pillows flat, pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was served in a bag, cold, no fruit options, and has to pay extra to check in at 1:30 pm.

Cindy was the main staff that we interacted with she picked us up at the airport quickly and was most friendly and courteous. Then we left at 4 am leaving a couple items in the room she quickly answered she would put them in the employee lounge a very efficient and correct thing to do. We will absolutely recommend Sonestra select to friends and family next time they stay near MCI as the only place to consider staying!
