I was bit by something in the room a HUGE bite I was ill for 3 days after it. I have reported it to the hotel

i went here straight after work driving almost 4 hours exhausted and Emma was of great help. She was very friendly and made my check in very smooth. She is very informative and patient which is great after a long drive and you just want to rest for the day.

Comfortable. Clean. Quite. Great breakfast. Amazing staff

Room are spacious and comfortable. Having two bathrooms and a full kitchen was great. The fresh fruit at breakfast was amazing. Only disappointment was the parking charge I noticed after checking out.

I would definitely stay at this property again due to the property being clean safe friendly staff who did meet all my needs. There only suggestions I have is including parking fee in the total amount of fees charged instead of pulling from the deposit. I will definitely be staying here again.

This Residence Inn is absolutely one of the cleanest hotels around. Every part of the room was cleaned with care. Seriously, the cleaning staff deserves a raise. Every employee that I passed by said hello or asked if I needed anything. The staff were so kind, helpful and funny. Some of those that deserve recognition are Bella, Desiree, Marijane, Fortino, Dennis and Carlos, that made my stay better. Ex: asking if I needed help carrying my luggage down from the upper level. Of course, being a RI, there's the usual breakfast, some popcorn or cookies throughout the day The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. Close walk or short drive to many places to eat. Across the street is an AMC theatre and a grocery store.

Fridge from Hades! Overall it was a good stay. I was here for 2 weeks. The fridge in room 722 was awful. The fridge froze all my food and the freezer was leaking and full of ice. The ice maker also didn’t work. No biggie had to go to the laundry room to get ice. I travel with my dog. This was outstanding 5 stars. They have a large dog park and “poop” stations all over the property. It also is well kept. The parking lot I was told was quite sketchy but I didn’t have any issue on my stay however I heard cars get broken into quite a lot hence their warning sign. However, I do know what city I am staying in😂 also other people staying here told me it only happens on the side I was on buildings 6-10 side as there are no security cameras on that side of the parking lot. Laundry room was usable it is $2 to wash and $2 to dry. It was always empty when I needed it. Room was adequate and large. Couch is awful and very uncomfortable 🥴 The TV in the living room has a box on the back of it, if you go to spectrum across the street they gave me. Free HDMI cable and I hooked up my laptop to the HDMI 1 and bam peacock, HBO max etc as I was quite sick of watching the HLN network after day 2! The pool is freezing cold although they did say it was heated. No spa 😞 nice BBQ and fire pit area. Bathroom is blah! Just a toilet and tub. It gets the job done but the water has two temps hell and Antarctica be warned. Oh and make sure to pull the knob out then up to get the shower on 😂 That took a minute. Buffet was also adequate oatmeal and powered eggs but the coffee was strong and there all day! Gym was good but bring earphones or you can’t hear the TV. There is also filtered water in there. Overall it was a good stay.
