Travelodge by Wyndham Fort Wayne North

My husband & I got a late start & had to go to the event we were in the area for first. We went to check in around 11pm a complete nightmare. At first we were told they were over sold & couldn't do nothing. Then they said we would have to call the third party to cancel the reservation. I informed them that the reservation was non refundable. They finally found us a room on the third floor. The type of room we booked. I was told the elevator was right around the corner went to use it. Only to find out it wasn't working. So found the stairs & climbed them all. Well the reason the elevator wasn't working was because it was turned off.

The room we had was terrible but they did change rooms for us which was not that terrible just better

The hotel is bad, the place is bad, it is not clean, the worst hotel

They steal in a stupid way. You pay and then they tell you to pay the deposit. After that, they send you an encrypted message. They don't write a deposit, they write miscellaneous. Then they won't send it to you. It's theft.

The first room was nasty, and it looked like the room had not been cleaned. Bed was dirty. it looked like someone had just gotten done having bloody sex . The second room had bed bugs. Was not happy with Booking.com or the hotel on how they handled this problem. Had to leave and book another hotel that cost more money for this trip. I have been trying to get my refund back for over a week now. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years using Booking.com. now I am currently looking for other books company's.
