Cigarette burn holes in the comforter, the room just kind of felt dirty, odd smell, loud neighbors that I highly suspect were on drugs. The staff I interacted w/ at the front desk did a great job, though and also, theyre pet friendly (if you pay 30 extra)!

The property gave my room away without notifying me. Trying to check-in only to find you don't have a place to stay for the night during a large event where all the rooms are booked was very stressful.

Great location

This hotel is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever booked. My group ended up finding new accommodations after spending only an hour in our rooms. We had two rooms booked and found cockroaches in both rooms, and what looked like bedbugs in my room only. Just as I was setting up my laptop to find another hotel, a small roach ran across the desk. Between the roaches, the smell, and the overall dirtiness of the rooms, I can't believe this place is allowed to stay in business. The bookings were non-refundable, but I'd have paid double to get out of there. They also hit us with a $50 deposit per room that was not on the prior booking info. Doubt I'll see that money back. Oh well, Now we know to avoid anything owned by Wyndham, since they clearly have no standards.

Good value for the money. Not fancy but clean rooms and staff is really nice.

When we first checked in we was told that it was no smoking and needed a deposit. Which is no big deal. We went into our room it smelled like cigarette smoke and there were a cigarette burn in the comforter. I took a pick and went back to the front desk showed it to them the lady was very nice and changed our room. When we got to that room we had to go to the store and buy cleaner, I didn't want to complain twice. So I cleaned the bathroom as it was not cleaned. The room itself was clean. After going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet we found out it didn't fill up so we told the office they had it fixed within an hour in a half. We went to take a shower we had no hot water in the tub so it was cold showers for us. But we did take the cups we bought and took the hot water from the sink to the bathtub. We made it work as was in town for our grandsons graduation. We wasn't expecting a top motel for the price but at least hot water and a clean bathroom.

The price for just staying 7 hrs - the worker that checked us in was very nice

The rooms look like they some tender living care. Floor was very sticky - looked like the curtain : curtain rods were very dirty - walls had cracked - bit again I just wanted to sleep - didn’t take a shower because tub looked very dirty - the breakfast only had cereal (different kinds mixed together) and a few small danish like things - no fruit - toast - not very appealing

I was assaulted by the staff twice and forced out of my half naked to be put in the lobby to be screamed over their own mistake

NOTHING!!

Too hot in hotel. TV stuck on one channel. Room smelled. We put on 2nd floor and my husband and I have health issues that prevent us from climbing stairs.
