The beds were hard as a tock

Did not like the property or the staff

My stay was shorted, asked for a refund but never received refund due to manager coming up with excuses

We made reservations for 2 rooms with 2beds in each and one was for handicap person the rooms had mold in the air conditioner and no tv so they had to give us a new room and the air didn’t work so had to get another room then the second room was supposed to have two beds and they didn’t have it so we had to take one with one bed and the floors were filthy my grandchildren spilled some water so we went to clean it up and the paper towels we used were black as coal the floors had not been cleaned for ever ihave never ever stayed in a place this bad and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever the lady was very rude at the desk

I didn't know anything about the deposit until I arrived to check in then I told him I no longer needed the room told me I still had to pay very rudely yelling at me called me names . Ran my card the rest of the night even though I told him I didn't have all the money need. Poor service. Rude management

Tv remote didnt work, lights were burned out, bathroom door hd a hole in it, tub surround was cracked.

Had bed bugs

Disappointed with the accommodations of this facility and when called spoke to a staff member she was very rude and lashed out at me when I voiced my concerns and when I asked her if I could speak to someone management in regard to my concerns she said that it wouldn’t do me any good considering that I booked through Expedia. The elevator seemed to be outdated, unsafe and when the elevator button’s were pushed the door opened and shut multiple times and it was making horrible noises and when instructed to park around the back, near the entrance door and use the door room key to enter the door from the outside, the box had been torn out of the wall. I have a 3 year old grandson to whom was very tired and having move him multiple times was frustrating with everything else going wrong. When my family finally got to the room, it was outdated, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, and when walking in the room it went downhill.

Staff was nice

Door didn’t lock correctly Walls were disgusting Water pressure in shower was bad Smelled like smoke Woke up to multiple people yelling through the night
