Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy.
My stay was disappointing. Check-in took longer than expected due to the clerk’s unfamiliarity with adding a pet. The corridor leading to our room had an unpleasant odor, possibly from a bathroom issue. In room 121, I encountered a draining problem in the tub, a non-functional fridge, and a stained sheet. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory.
The staff was wonderful and took care of all our needs. I would stay here again. The room was clean that the breakfast was good. the dining area was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.
The bathrooms need to be updated. Other than that everything was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Front desk staff was wonderful. Will definitely return!
Everyone is always nice here and i can bring my dog.
The customer service was amazing regardless of the roles,everyone was very helpful and friendly. hotal could use some upgrades but overall, our stay was good.
