My brother's review comments below: My 1st impression of the ambience of the hotel was low. And then I waited at the empty reception for a while before someone came to attend to me. After being lackadaisically attended to, it was now time to wait for the bellboy to take me up to my room. After a long wait, the receptionist offered to take me up herself, but we were met at the lift by someone who took over. Inside, is a pretentious mien of dignity. I think Booking.com Kenya, should be taken with a pinch of salt. Better still, stick with branded names when coming. The mosquitoes in this hotel are definitely militants. Merciless and elated to do maximum damage to innocent souls. When in a few hours I move from here, as long as God gives me grace to remember, I shall look not back. 🤣

Location is exactly as described, building spacious and very modern, there is a phone in the room, laundry services and a cafe where you can order for meals. There is a modern working lift. Breakfast is sumptuous and alooottt..The rooms smell nice and fresh. We enjoyed our time here.

No mosquito nets or mosquito repellent. I could hardly sleep coz of the mosquito buzzing. There are multiple mosques around the area so you will be woken up when they are calling people for prayers.

The breakfast was great provided with swiftness everytime an order was placed. Kudos to the staff.

Attention to detail with regards to cleanliness. The rooms where cleaned ontime and well. However, there was a level of detail that was missing to my liking. Its a subjective thing or maybe an OCD issue on my end.

Sehr gute und sichere Lage in einen abgeschlossenem Gebiet. Sehr saubere Zimmer Sehr gute tägliche Reinigung. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Fahre seit JAhren immer hier hin und würde in Nairobi auch nirgends anders absteigen. Riesige Zimmer.

Frühstück isst nicht ganz so meines. Wird aber immer frisch für den Gast vorbereitet.

The lift didn't work at some point overnight

It was clean, in a good position and it had good WiFi and good restroom, breakfast was fantastic and staff was friendly and smiling

They do not provide complementary adapters for European plugs and do not even sell them.

The place was clean, spacious, staffs are friendly and very private, would recommend for a stay

There were no ACs or fans, though when I asked, was told it gonna soon be inserted
