Logan made me an excellent dinner and the breakfast was exactly what I needed, he was attentive to my needs and listened carefully when taking orders and got it right every time. One of the best dinner and breakfast chefs I've met in a facility like this. His assistant I met the following day, Lois, was equally helpful and attentive to my needs.

I felt that the room needed air-conditioning as it is west facing and was pretty stuffy and remained as such for the duration of the stay. A Nespresso machine with a few pods or ground coffee and a Bodum would have been fantastic.
