"Exceptional"

We have stayed here several times; love the location. Check in was quick and I was offered 2 bottles of water for free. The beds are super comfortable. Looking forward to their breakfast( the selection is endless. We definitely will be back again.

Had to change rooms due to construction and the 2nd room was worse. Really load a noisy the entire time. Bed was so bed I slept on the floor. Also there was no hot water to take a shower

"Construction should have been disclosed "

Hotel is under renovation. Ceiling in hallways were open. This should have been noted before reserving. Front desk staff was amazing. Signs up letting us know there was construction.

"Not to Hampton inn standards"

It is a scum pit in my opinion. Would not recommend anyone stay there. In dire need of maintence and updating and cleaning. Carpets were gross. TVs weren’t working. Breakfast was a huge disappointment compared to every other Hampton inn I’ve stayed in
