The staff was great and friendly. The carpets in my room were filthy.
The hotel is in a busy location but easy to get to. Very clean, good breakfast, but the pool was shut down and it was a 95° weekend! We normally don’t bring our swimsuits when we travel but because we were gonna be there for a few days for the car show we thought it would be nice to take a dip in the pool in the evening. Nice staff, at the front desk and the cleaning folks! Uber picks you up right out front pretty decent dining options close by.

The Price. The price was very high for the weekend.
The facility is a bit dated, but you can definitely tell it’s loved. Aside from the pool being closed (I hate pools so not a big deal) and the hallways being a bit warm (it was 95 outside), everything was great! The service here is seriously impressive. The person who checked us in (younger guy with facial hair) made the process quick and smooth, super professional. The breakfast lady, Charlene, was so sweet and her potatoes? To die for. And shoutout to the morning front desk person (curly brown hair, Nate?) who helped with my room key issue right away and was so nice about it. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like we genuinely mattered. We’ll definitely be back, mostly because of how great the team is here!

Pool was closed and guy at welcome desk wasn't very friendly or give any information I guess you had to look at the board.Which we had stayed at the Hampton in in Brentwood Tennessee and all the information was given and explained which is a nicer welcome in my opinion.They also didn't have any pack and plays or told me they didn't which Tennessee did so kind of strange yet we managed.
