"My family was very disappointed about the accommodations."

Average at best. Coffee did not taste good.

There was a smell of smoke in the room and hallways. The room was not vacuumed thoroughly and not as clean as expected. There were no tissues in the room so we had to ask the from desk. A surcharge for our pet dog was added to the final bill well above the quote mentioned in an email. Disappointing stay.

The hotel feels outdated, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Although several reviews highlighted the breakfast as excellent, I found it to be merely satisfactory.
