"Our favorite place on the planet..."

My daughter and I stay at The Beverly Hills Hotel two or three times a year, and we always hate to have to leave! It's a glorious place full of wonderful staff...hotel staff, restaurant staff, pool staff...everyone is gracious and pleasant. Even after visiting many times over more than a decade (since my daughter was a little girl!), we are thrilled every time we stay there. It is well-managed, and the whole staff seems happy to be there. They work as a team, so nothing falls through the cracks. Over the years, we have been amazed at how well they remember our preferences and how they anticipate our needs. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted like family by the valet staff...and it just continues from there! It's our very favorite place on the planet. When you go, dine in every restaurant. Spend time poolside. Peruse the shops. Most of all, enjoy your time there! Highly recommend!

"Preferred the Beverly Wilshire"

It was ok - nothing more nothing less. Had 3 nights in one of the deluxe rooms - I’ve had far better around the world. You don’t even get a welcome drink and/or a cold towel. With all the hype, I was expecting WOW…..but I was completely underwhelmed

You can feel the rich history of the property walking through the hotel. BUT…the up keep of the hotel doesn’t impede on the history of the place. The Beverly Hills hotel has modern amenities but still honors its history.

Would love a sauna and sadly we came for the pool and it rained. Super bummed. The staff was amazing. Chris, Fizal, sunny and everyone was truly amazing

So I live in the neighborhood and my electric went away due to rain so I went to the hotel and got a room. Elevator to my room was not working so from third to fourth floor we walked the stairs. We moved there because I have a breathing machine and electricity went off many times so I could sleep at all. To make matters worst while I was walking from bed to bathroom my feet got all wet as they had major leak from patio to inside the room. Nothing went right NOTHING
