Staff was rude. Rented 2 rooms and found ROACHES . Instead of being apologetic the representative told me he didn’t ask me to reserve a room there and tried to keep my deposit

"A nice place to stay but annoying that the plumbing worked."

The bed was comfortable. Did not use the tv but for a couple hours had I needed it, it had a good channel line up. Breakfast!

It’s getting old and could use some fixing up. There was no hot water in the morning. Barely warm. I was told it was because they were busy. I arrived about 9:30 PM so I only used the toilet twice to pee. It wouldn’t flush. I told them in the morning and was asked if I needed a plunger….. they said they would look at it and it worked fine when I returned. The water the 2nd morning was a little warmer but still not hot.
