Staff was amazing. The property is older but seemed to be well maintained. They do have you purchase items that are typically free to customers like toothpaste.

Only one entrance and it was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the location was shady. Elevators barely worked. Ceilings were riddled with holes making for an uncomfortable walk throughout the building. I had to check out 2 days early because of how bad the stay was. Worst hotel I’ve been in throughout North America.

Find somewhere else. This place ain’t it.

The bottom floor smells like dirty diapers. The nearest elevator was broken. The ceiling leaked by the broken elevator with a big water puddle and never a sign or bucket. Our key cards did not work for the longest. The night stand drawer would not close and remained wide open and of course my toddler is going to hit his face on it. The lady at the front desk was very polite and very helpful and that was why they even got the two stars.
