Wyndham Garden Dallas North

The property seems dated, but nostalgic. The staff is AMAZING - from check-in to housekeeping to bartender - something hard to find at other locations. Stayed for a basketball tourney, and was leery from prev reviews, but it was perfect. Rooms were VERY clean, all staff members very impressive, parking area was safe. Everything available on site - great food & drinks.

The Interior of the Hotel was beautiful I love the whole setup from the lounge to the bar even outside facilities around the pool would definitely say here again but next time I will book room as a little bit more closer to the Elevator being that I'm disabled And would definitely take advantage of all the beauty that's outside

Again it is just the walk to the room I didn't know that it would that far so next time I would definitely book a more disabled friendly room it wasn't their fault they didn't know and I didn't specify

The room was not clean my son found a booger under the pillow. The shower was filthy the floor was not cleaned for the two nights we were there. When we left rooms were open with dirty linens on the floor

This property is only suitable to stay if you traveled for your job in this area and just for a few days.

Poor condition, elevators out of service, room keys rarely working

We stayed here for a tournament and we were definitely catfished, the lobby was nice the bar food was good but as soon as you go down the hallways it gets a little sketchy. The rooms were clean but definitely not luxurious. Nothing bad with the staff but the hotel itself was not what it portrayed to be.

Sadly, this seems to be a hotel the owers put some thought into but seems have sense anandon. This was a disgusting hotel and i think some of the occupants might have been homeless. Pretty gross.
