They need to check out the electrical in Room 107. The plugs on the right side behind the microwave are broke. The plug of the bedside lamp is 3/4 of the way in the outlet on the right side of the bed and wouldn't go in the rest of the way. The outlets in the bathroom are off, gaps in between them and the covers allowing moisture to easily get in and around were it shouldn't. If you move the TV any, the screen jumped - loose connection. The handicap grab bar next to the toilet was also loose. The hotel it's self otherwise was good. The staff was very nice. I didn't otherwise feel unsafe.

Superb, convenient location. Very good installations. Good restaurant. Nice pool.

Elevator was brokemn. View to an office park.

There was someone else in our first room that was on the 3rd floor an the elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage back an forth in the staircase other then that we really enjoyed our stay

Area not in the worst part but not in the best part. Elevators in the front were not working so if you were on any floor but the bottom floor you had to walk around to the other side of the hotel to have access to elevators that held 3 people max. No luggage carts if you have lots of luggage. No wifi as website states. Heater/ac would not work on automatic temp, you would have to manually turn on and turn off unit when you felt the room was at the temp you wanted it. Tub stopper broke, bed very low to the floor and uncomfortable. Only sheets provided, no other blankets. Mini fridge sits on the floor in the corner of the room. Poor lighting, all electrical outlets in the room and bathroom would not hold any plug in unless you taped the electronic device plug to the wall to hold it in.

Very ran down property, bad area not worth the $$$

Location , convenience, 4star appearance, space! The hotel honestly deserved more than what I paid for 3 nights, 2 family rooms on News Year’s Eve. Bf was just simple if you aren’t a heavy bf person but you can ask for more and pay separate. I recommend this hotel for business, leisure, big functions or weddings, parties, it deserves it. It’s beautiful!

The parking , didn’t seem secure, not enough light.
