I wanted to thank the duty manager for resolving the issue which i faced and to appreciate the staff who quickly apologized and made me feel comfortable, however i believe the duty manager assuming i was calling him for another problem didn’t pick up my call.

The property was very spacious with well kept grounds that were clean and inviting. The staff were kind, attentive and genuine, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable 💖 A special mention of gratitude and thanks to Baby Rose and also to the Duty Manager, Alex 🙏

As this was our first visit, we chose the garden view room, it was a bit noisy during the night in the hallway with doors and acoustics and we felt we were too far away from the main area in the resort, however, when we return next we will book a deluxe room and hope to be closer to the main facilities but that would be our only comment in regard to our stay that we would change next time ❤️
