Excellent Beach property…only the resort residents have access to the beach in front so less crowd. Spacious lawns. Well maintained swimming pools. In room dining services and housekeeping 24/7 is wonderful!!

The property was quite large with a lot of facilities. The private beach access was great, and the beach was very clean.

The room we got was facing the under construction swimming pool, and the view was bad. The upkeep of the property could use some more work.

Front office staff (selvina) was brilliant. Very accommodating and kind. Outdoor garden and beach area was spectacular

During dinner, at Lanai restaurant a pigeon defecated on me and in my food plate from above. The experience left me disgusted. Wouldn't want to dine at the property in future. The staff at Beach Hut wouldn't even bother approaching us. Had to walk up to the counter and get the menus myself.

- Proximity to the beach - Lifeguards near the pool & at the beach - Golf Carts around the property for movement - Beach shack: Good food & prompt service

- Pool was not cleaned well, too much chlorine - Breakfast was meh, could have been better. Little variety. - Paid more than INR 16000/ night for off season and expected better rooms. - Despite booking Twin rooms, we were told rooms are not available and after being adamant, a twin room was magically vacant. - Construction in front of Garden view rooms should have been called out at the time of booking. Ended up spoiling the view. - Should have more staff. Check in was chaotic. Breakfast was chaotic.

Service was slow. Need to follow up multiple times to get some help. My wife was not keeping well and had asked for some ginger juice. Although they offered to help, nobody turned up. Had to follow up multiple times for cleaning the room.
