Staff at level seem to be less interested in service and more in simply completing task. No smile on face, seems like burden when you request for something, breakfast was below average,

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Specially Teresa and Santan who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Lusitano from the security desk was extremly helpful.

There was an event for Uno Minda sales reps who were very noisy in the hotel lobby. Screaming and playing a fool during odd hours and absolutely no etiquette by these morons who spoilt the trip by making noise in public areas, public drinking and an overall nuisance. While there was a wedding entourage from whom we faced no such issues. Please reconsider the public you let in to you hotel and ensure some standards are maintained by these people.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool is amazing and the private beach very nice. The property is well kept with large green grass areas including a 9 hole golf course. We stayed in Villa 6, which was really nice, central location and perfect for our configuration. A special shout out to Fatima, our house keeper.

We felt the food while absolutely fine could include more choices, and we failed to get through to room service on a couple of occasions - though we always got what we needed in the end.

The property is vast, with a secluded private beach with all the facilities that a family needs, including those for small children. The pool is really big with an island bar that literally raises the bar.

The reception staff needs more training to be sensitive to room calls. The wooden key they provide frequently malfunctions; we had to charge it almost daily, and once had to wait 45 minutes for a new one after the reception staff forgot to send it to the room. We had to wait outside.
