The property opens up on the beach. The idli and the blueberry tart in breakfast Spacious rooms, clean bathroom and the apothecary toiletries were nice smelling

Food: the first day my burger for lunch was sour? Or spoilt, I don't know. Breakfast was really bad, especially the parathas and croissants for some reason felt really oily and fried. Next day I thought I'll eat roasted tomatoes, which were just really uncooked with a layer of oil. Inedible Also it was so crowded, felt like a train station Cutlery: for a 15 k a room five star property, all the cocktails were served in plastic glasses, which were so rewashed they were opaque. I'm guessing the micro plastics were the secret ingredient Overall hygiene: the hotel has a ventilation problem. The whole lobby and basement smells of frying oil the whole damn day. The pool has pigeon feathers floating in it Also something in the hotel, either the pigeon feathers pool, or the bartenders using no gloves to cut fruit for cocktails or the overall insane amount of people in the hotel, made me so sick that I am still recovering from a really horrible viral infection The beds: my back was bent out of shape. The mattresses were really hard , I was just tossing around both nights, and woke up both mornings with a horrible back ache. The way they treat staff: why is there no service elevator for your staff? Why are you making them climb up and down with luggage the whole damn day? Surely you can bother to make their lives a little easier? All in all, I go to Goa every year, and this year we chose Caravela, and I am still regretting every minute of this very expensive holiday

Room's are old and need remodeling

Our dinner took over an hour to arrive, and during that time, another guest who came in about 30 minutes after us received their meal within 15 minutes after making a specific request to the chef. Meanwhile, our entire table remained without food, and we ended up waiting close to an hour and a half. It felt quite unfair and disappointing, especially as we were all waiting for such a long time. I hope this can be looked into so that service is more consistent for all guests. The room's are old and rust they need remodeling.

- Hotel territory is gorgeos, there are many locations, a swimming-pool, green clean lawns, restaurants. - own private beach access, a huge clean beach with sand, wonderful sea. -good breakfasts and tasty food according to menu card. -convenient transfer from the airport -many thanks to mr. Saren Nongbri for his understanding, cooperation and help in booking issues.

- rooms are very old, they are different from the photos in booking. -we ordered a room with two beds, but actually it was combined in one bed together. We invited staff for make bed to be separated. - it was very noisy at night because of the noise in the hallways, corridors, stamming doors, people noise and loud music from the weddings. - I was woken by a call from reception in the midnight by mistake.
