We recently had a fantastic stay at the Caravela Beach Resort, and what truly made it special was the incredible hospitality shown by the staff. The Highlights: Bishnu & Chef Dinesh The standout moment of our trip was a beachside dinner. I want to give a massive special thanks to Bishnu and his team. I had originally inquired about a small setup, but he went completely out of his way to arrange a stunning beachside dinner for my entire family of 12! Managing a group that size instead of just 2 people was a huge task, and they handled it with grace and perfection. Another huge thank you goes to Chef Dinesh and his team. The cakes they prepared were absolutely beautiful and delicious. They even surprised us with a few complimentary cakes, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our celebration feel even more personal. A Note for the Management While the service was top-tier, I did encounter one small hiccup regarding our accommodation. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but upon arrival, the room only had one bed. Furthermore, there was no mention of extra charges or the need for an additional bed during the check-in process. It would be helpful for the front desk to be more proactive in explaining bed configurations for families to avoid confusion at the start of the stay. Final Verdict Despite the minor communication gap at check-in, the warmth and dedication of the staff, especially Bishnu and Chef Dinesh, far outweighed it. If you are looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests and can pull off magical events, this is the place to be! We will definitely be back.

It is beach front, is all I liked.

Looks like when we book through Booking.com, this resort is not willing to provide you with good rooms. Here is my experience, I booked 2 garden view rooms. We reached the resort at 2 pm, and I asked them specifically for rooms with nice garden view when we reached there. The reception personnel issued one room with a nice view and asked us to wait in it until the other room, next to it, gotten ready. After 30 minutes of wait, I got a call from the reception saying they had upgraded our rooms free of cost and will move us to 2 new rooms. Then, I had to wait for another 45 minutes for the new rooms. And these 2 rooms didn't have any good view and not any upgrade, instead felt cheated. By this time, it had been 4 pm in the afternoon, and we were really exhausted and didn't have any energy to go back to reception and question the legibility of their upgrade. The hospitality, service, and food are also average. The only plus point is access to the beach.

The staff were exceptional. Attention to detail. The pool beach and restaurant were on point.
