Tuen, the bellhop, was exceptional with his service and attention. Thank you once again Tuen!

More 'getting around' and local info would have been appreciated from front of house. A bar fridge that can be utilised by guest for personal items would be good.(Nb, a fully stocked in room mini bar was there)
