Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection

This is in a convenient location just a few blocks from Union Square. While near the Tenderloin District, we felt very safe and there is a security guard monitoring the front entrance. Were only there one night but everything was very nice, clean, etc. We also were able to grab a bite to eat at the hotel which was nice since it was on the later side when we arrived. Staff are helpful.

Our nights were interrupted by noisy guests slamming doors etc in the corridor

hotel was very nice but but bar or club next door was very noise that I could hear alway to 4 floor

some of furniture and tub needs to be updated

Staff were great and the hotel centrally location for the city’s sights and transport. Nice benefits we received on checking in, glass of champagne, complimentary tickets for ride on tram car and $15 credit. Lovely breakfast.

Noisy bar next door but this quietened down by 10ish. In the evening, stick to walking back via main road or take a taxi if coming back late.

Stayed here Sunday-Tuesday for my daughter’s graduation. The historic hotel itself is clean and has been renovated, but showing its age. Turn left when going out the front door and the location is conveniently located to high end stores and Union Square. Just don’t walk in the other direction! Walking, using my GPS, took me across the street and down an alley which was pretty sketchy. Pros: Conveniently located Historic renovated hotel Nice clean fitness center with plenty of equipment Amazingly nice and helpful staff Cons: No in room coffee maker Limited water bottle filling stations and ice machines
