I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I really loved my hotel room and was impressed by how comfortable the bed was. All staff members are incredibly nice and made feel welcome. A big shout out to Tuan, the Bellman. His service is unmatched and you will always catch him with a big smile on his face. If I ever come back to SF I will definitely book the Adagio again.

Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer das wir dann letztendlich bekamen war sehr schön. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Die Lage war ein Problem. Union Square ist groß, die Lage des Hotels ist definitiv in einem sehr schlechten Bereich von Union Square. Junkies und Obdachlose sobald man das Hotel verlässt links und rechts. Schmutzige Straßen, gefährliche Leute, Erbrochenes, Hundedreck, also wirklich keine Gegend in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. Bis auf eine Person (aus Frankreich) waren die an der Rezeption leider eher unfreundlich. Im Restaurant, an der Rezeption und an der Bar war das Personal sehr langsam. Die Zimmermädchen waren immer freundlich und haben die Zimmer sehr schön gemacht. Die Frühstückspreise sind absurd. Es hieß zwar das Frühstück sei inklusive aber beim abrechnen zahlt man dann 15 Dollar package?? X fache Steuern und das Trinkgeld das immer erwartet wird und das nicht unter 15/% sein soll kommt noch hinzu. Mein Fazit, für die Gegend und den Service ist das Hotel zu teuer.

Position is great and the hotel is spotless. From Tuan the bellman, Isaac and Chris on the desk, the service was super friendly and helpful, they all were just lovely people doing an amazing job. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, elevators super fast too! We travel a lot and this hotel rates as one of the best, and is memorable since it was so friendly. For San Francisco you could not do better for friendliness, comfort. Value and location, top marks to you all!
