Four Points by Sheraton Peoria

I did not like my stay because the hotel has no liquor license - from past February - and hotel did not tell me. In fact, I received an email saying all was open before I arrived. I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and BAR. But bar has no liquor license. Had to go out and few places open.

The room was terrible. Very old, cracks in the walls, water stains on the ceiling, it smelled, beds were uncomfortable, dinner was expensive and horrible.

Everything. This was the second time I stayed here. Both experiences were horrible. The first time the heater in the pool and hot tub was broke down and they didn’t let customers know until they found out on their own, they had no sign up stating this, the restaurant was out of about half the food they had listed on the menu and food was terrible.

Nothing

Very dirty. Floor in the 5 days we stayed not once cleaned inside our room or corridors.

Convenient

Parking deck elevator was broken. Was not aware when booking. They still charged to park in the deck even tho you had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with bags and suitcases. Carpet was dirty, chairs were ripped in room. Blinds had holes.. VERY over priced for the condition of this hotel.

The location

The staff, the dirty room. Being in a room we were locked out of because of a faulty door. The staff didn't even care our belongings were still in there. The car lot had no working elevators. The amount they charged per night was not what the hotel is valued at. I would have paid 90$ a night. Absolutely a rip off
