I choose this hotel because I used my points and the pictures shown on the site were nice however when I checked in it looked nothing like the picture It looked very run down I was told I wouldn’t get my points back so I stayed I went to my room the couch was torn up the floors and walls had stains the toilet wasn’t cleaned pee in the back of it holes in the walls I think they had bed bugs because when I woke up I had small bites in my legs I called to let them know but because my room was lottery free there was nothing they could offer me I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay at this location

I love this place and I adore the staff. A girl who works during the daytime is about the sweetest thing. I look forward to my return here and I call this my home in San Antone!
