Convenient motel … good value for money

While specific details about the owner's future plans aren't publicly available, University Inn & Suites off IH-10 in San Antonio generally receives my positive feedback for its welcoming atmosphere & helpful staff. With friendly & helpful staff I'd like to highlight the positive interactions i had encountered with the front desk & other employees. Gotta mention the clean rooms, in which housekeeping staff is frequently commended for maintaining clean accommodations. With affordable rates the hotel is listed & often noted as a budget-friendly option. How to reach this convenient location it's proximity to IH-10 offers easy access to various parts of the city, including attractions like Six Flags Fiesta Texas & the University of Texas at San Antonio. However, some reviews also mention areas for potential improvement, such as dated furniture or occasional maintenance issues. Regarding guest safety in hotels generally most reputable hotels often have security measures like key card access, surveillance cameras, & 24-hour front desk staff. You will always have access to front desk lobby. As a previous & returning guest i can truly say this location enhances the safety of all guests.

Staff is very proficient . Great price for the cleanness and ease of access to stores and main roads.

Room smelled like weed, very strong smell.

We loved that it was located so close to the Gauthier dress shop, La Cantera shopping center, all of our favorite dining spots, and the convenience of being right off of the hwy.

People don't know how to give reviews. This place is barely average. Used cans all around where my room was, massive cut in the sofa, microwave and refrigerator look horrible. Use this place as a last result. The App will not let me add photos.

Amazing hospitality every time

The room had a mold odor, the main door had to be slammed in order for it to stay shut. The bathroom door was the same way oh and the bathroom light wouldn't come on right away either. I won't be back

It was worth its price.

The owners were very nice. Unfortunately the property was much more of a motel than Inn. The beds were very hard and the bedding thin. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was splatter on them, the same with the back of the door and wall behind entry door. The sheets were stained. We bought pillows, towels and blankets from Walmart.
