Beautiful aesthetic

The people that work here are so hard working and did so much to make our stay feel special. Everyone was always smiling and in a good mood. The food was amazing and the grounds are beautiful!!

Our experience was not great at all at this hotel. We arrived at our room and the room was like an oven and so we turned on the AC. We called the front and they told us someone would stop by. We decided to step out for dinner and when we arrive, the room was still hot. We ended up calling to switch rooms. This was close to 7pm. The room we were given was also an oven, but our baby’s bedtime was soon so we ended up sleeping in a hot room. The hotel room did not cool down until around almost 2am. Needless to say we will not be staying at that hotel we ever again. Worst experience ever

Hace un mes estuvimos alli y no nos realizaron las devoluciones de debitos automáticos. Pagamos con efectivo y no cancelaron los debitos. Terminamos pagando el doble y ya he llamado 5 veces, me dicen por mail que lo están revisando pero No hicieron la devolución

Beautiful property and friendly staff!

The property itself is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen in the US… but that’s all…

Stunning setting, yet the service, comfort, and staff were a total letdown. Such a waste. I’ve never slept so poorly in a hotel, constant noise from the AC units, hallways, neighbors, gardeners, even maintenance staff. The bedding was awful, housekeeping basically nonexistent. For the price of the night, I’m just blown away (and not in a good way). On top of that, they tried to stick us with an outrageous parking fee even though we didn’t have a car on the property. Even with the kind efforts of Gustavo to smooth things over, it wasn’t enough to make up for it. This hotel is a disaster

I loved the size of the suite. The grounds were very peaceful. The pool was lovely. Staff was responsive.

Our bathroom sink did not drain well. And I could hear the air conditioning unit from the room upstairs loudly through the walls. There were little things like that. I liked staying there, I just felt it was a little expensive. Especially the food in the restaurant.
