The gardens were nice

Our room was not ready. We waited almost until 7pm to check in. We were looking forward to using the pool, but the late check in because our room was not ready, prevented us from enjoying the pool during the sunlight hours.

Had to cut my stay short because after we had switched our rooms because there were bugs and bugs everywhere. The bathroom vent had weed smell coming out of it, and I have kids!!! They refused to give us any compensation, even though one of the workers came up and they could smell the weed too.

This facility was very nice, however, the AC in our room did not work the first night. It was very uncomfortable, requiring us to move rooms for the second night of our stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The pool chaise cushions need to be cleaned. And the bean bag type cushions need to be replaced.

Its a kice property to relax and enjoy with the family

Beautiful decor, lush natural grounds, no elevator, beautiful shallow lap pool. Restaurant has abbreviated hours, lots of business travelers. Generous-sized room tastefully appointed, comfortable, clean, modern-farmhouse style. Front desk staff were new (and understaffed, still in training) but pleasant and friendly. Were not able to bring our bags up for us - and there is no elevator. No problem, though - room was worth it. Buildings and room layout suggested it was remodeled from apartments.

It was very good experience for the entire family

Upon arrival we asked for a room with a view of the pool or a quiet side. As a result we were placed in a room where you can hear the car bombing all night long. In the bathroom, there are only two towels, they do not provide separate towels for hands and face. I previously wrote a letter to congratulate the second guest, she had a birthday, they did not bring us anything to the room! We are very upset with your hotel! With respect, Olena Oleynik
